Barry Goes Hollywood

Obama Does Jay!

Omg. The media can't stop buzzing about Barack Obama history-making turn as the first sitting president to ever make a guest appearance on the
"The Tonight Show."

And can you really blame them? First, the whole black president thing and now the late night circuit? The man just won't stop!

But a lot of Republicans aren't laughing. They don't like Obama the president and they certainly don't care for Obama the Jokester. Not when there is an economic crisis to deal with.

If you'll recall, John McCain suspended his campaign to deal with the problem head-on, he didn't run around hamming it up with late night comedians with big chins and jerky head movements.

Maybe Mr. Hollywood should take a hint and go back to Washington so he can tend to his other job fixing the country instead of taking late night swipes at the Special Olympics.

We told you humor and the economy don't mix.
Kind of like Obama and bowling.

Special Olympics? Better Keep Practicing

McCain suspended his campaign to deal head on with the economic crisis? Love it, rewriting history is a hoot.

Well we all know how well McCain's campaign suspension worked out--both for his presidency and the economy!

Anonymous/Lexie--have you all ever heard of sarcasm before. If you've read this blog (which I highly recommend) you would see that imissamerica is not the one "rewriting history", that she talks about the joke of McCain's campaign suspension, etc. I'd advise reading a few posts before commenting in the future.

McCain is an "A-hole"?, liberals are a funny little people, no facts just personal attacks. Conservatives almost never do this, the economy went bad, people got scared they elected Obama, seems like a nice guy living in a fantasy world.

Where is the PC crowd with the Special Olympics joke? Right just another liberal tool, not really believd in just used to sue people who they disagree with them.

Anonymous2--do you realize that you are saying the exact opposite of the trute. Conservatives (as you call them) are notorious for building arguments (even campaigns!) on personal attacks. The critique of liberals/democrats is quite the opposite-people say they should buck up at attack back.

Yes, you are exactly correct about why Obama was elected. And why don't you get over the special olympics comment? From what you write I suppose you are one of the many racists in this country so I hardly think a joke like that would phase you.
